Of India, Delhi State Branch. The meeting will be held on Sunday 28th April, 2013 at 3.30 p.m. in the
Scope Convention Centre, Scope Complex, 7, Lodi Road New Delhi-110015.
AGENDA
1. To adopt minutes of the last Annual General Body meeting held on29th March 2012 at India Habitat Centre, New Delhi
2. Condolence resolutions if any.
3. To receive and adopt the report of the Hony. Secretary.
4. To receive and adopt the report of the Hony. Treasurer.
5. Announcement of the Election results of the office bearers, for the governing body of AOI, Delhi
held earlier in the day.
6. To appoint auditors for the current year and to fix their remuneration.
7. To consider and approve removal of names of the members by virtue of their resignations,
death or failure of payment of subscription.
8. To confirm admission of new proposed members.
9. To consider resolutions from members.
10. Any other matter raised by members present with the permission of the chair.
11. Installation of President and newly elected governing body.

Notice is hereby given for annual elections of Association of Otolaryngologists of India, Delhi state for the year 2013-14. The nominations are invited for the following posts by Indian Postal Service only.

The election schedule is as follows:-

Last date for receiving nominations……. ..10th April, 2013 ( 5p.m.)

Scrutiny of nominations………………………..15th April, 2013 at 5 p.m.
Elections, if required , shall be held on 28th April,2013 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Scope Convention Centre, Scope Complex, New Delhi, the venue of the annual conference. The counting of votes shall be done at 4.15 p.m. on the same day and result declared during the annual general body meeting.
Voting shall be by secret ballot issued at the venue of polling to the regular members of the Association of Otolaryngologists of India, Delhi State whose names appear on the rolls till 15th January, 2013. Only those (said above)members are eligible to contest, propose and second the nominations having no dues towards the association. The filled nomination forms complete in all respects should reach the Hon. Secretary in a sealed envelope by post only, at the address:
